Let us facilitate your open homes and viewings. We will let buyers through your home, collect details and hand out brochures with information provided by you. Questions that can't be answered with the information brochure will be asked by the buyers directly to you via the PORTAL.

Seller's Portal

Access your selling dashboard to stay constantly up to date and control your sale.

See all buyer enquiries and viewing notes.
Two-way communication with buyers.
Receive and negotiate offers.

After negotiating to an acceptable offer on the Seller's Portal, click "accept."

All relevant information will be sent to both parties' solicitors. Together they will draw up a Sales & Purchase Agreement to finalise the sale!
